Getting Started¶

Logging into the Platform¶

1. Enter the URL provided in your browser. Platform login screen appears.
   
2. Enter the Email Address and Password.
3. Enter the captcha in the Text Verification box. (Click Refresh icon near the captcha if you wish to get a new captcha)
4. Click Remember Me if you want the browser to remember the username entered.
5. Click Sign In.

During the first-time login, Change Password screen appears after successful login. For consecutive login, platform home page appears.

Changing password¶

When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password. If you want to chang the pasword at a later stage, navigate to User Settings > Change password.

• Click Save. The new password is saved. Now you can login with the registered email address and new password.

Password Requirements¶

Always use strong password with all the password characteristics to secure your account.

Characters allowed: Alphanumeric, special characters, symbols
Minimum Length: 8 Characters
Maximum Length: 50 Characters
Minimum requirement: Must include 1 uppercase alphabet, 1 lowercase alphabet, 1 number, 1 special character.

Resetting Password (Forgot Password)¶

If you forget your password, you can reset your password.

1. In the login screen, click Forgot Password? below the Sign In button.
   
2. Enter the registered Email Address.
3. Enter the Text Verification (Captcha).
4. Click Send New Password. A link is sent to your email address.
5. Click the link in the email and enter a new password. After resetting the password, you can login with the new password and the email address.

Exiting the Platform¶

For logging off from the Platform, the user can simply close the Platform or follow the steps below.

1. Click the user icon on the top-right of the title bar.
2. Click Sign Out.
